OUR PROCESS

Intake
We are the flooring & remodeling detectives. We want to know as much as we can about your project to help us help you.

Measure
Expect a thorough consultation and conversation about your unique project. We bring samples from our showroom with products you may already be considering.

Material Selection
For some this may be the hardest part of the entire process. But luckily for you, we provide full size sample boards and encourage you to take them home and mull your options over. We wont hard sell you on anything you don't need or like.

Project Scope Agreement
When you've made your material selections we take a deposit for the material subtotal of your project. This ensures that if anything arises you have the materials you need to continue your project.

Delivery/Start
For wood, we deliver a few days in advance and open the boxes in their intended environment. This ensures we follow manufacturer's warranty and have a successful install.
For other products we may deliver the day of. We are there to ensure any specific project requirements are met.

Installion
You can expect us to be precise, thorough, and experienced for any concerns or questions you may have. We have one crew we have installed with in San Antonio for over 15 years. Our entire team treats you and your home with the respect it deserves.

Final Walk-Thru
After installation is complete, we will be in contact to set up a final walk thru to ensure the project was completed successfully.
